All three wordings have similar Unoccupied Premises Conditions – Inspections every 7 days, Main services to be switched off, Combustible/Waste materials to be removed etc.

You will obviously need to make clients aware of these conditions.

  1. Securus policy does not have Electrical Inspection Condition.
  2. Isure policy and Aspen/IL policy both have Electrical Inspection Conditions.
  3. Isure policy also has a Survey Condition that may be included so you will need to check if Isure quotes are issued subject to survey.
